We are a family company that was established in 1997. On day one of opening we knew we had embarked on to something unique and wonderful. We found that in a region so peppered with delicious southern foods, our salads create a healthy balance to our diets. Salads have become more than a side dish to us. They can be a creative and flavorful main course of diverse vegetables and proteins.

Our salads are made to order with the freshest ingredients possible. We take great care to provide the highest quality of our food to our customers because the bottom line is that our customers are what make us.

We feel fortunate to live in this community that has been loyal to our services for the last 25+ years and we hope to continue to evolve with the changing needs of our customers.
